LEGO City 7637 Farm

Make hay while the sun shines with the LEGO City Farm (Set No. 7637), a 609-piece set which includes everything you need to recreate a whole host of fascinating scenarios.

The set comes complete with three buildings, three minifigures, five animals, two vehicles, and a whole host of cool accessories. Start off by constructing the barn (15cm x 12cm), a build with an opening roof, a dinky winch attachment for hauling hay bales, plus a loft for storing them and a ladder for the minifigures to climb. There’s a farmer in overalls and cap, plus a male farmhand and a female farm girl.

Next up is the grain silo (27cm), an eye-catching build with an opening top and sliding bottom for little bricks to be added then removed and taken away by the trailer. The back of the trailer can be opened, and the whole thing has a clever tipping capability. It can be attached to the tractor, which is one of the outstanding accessories in the set. A convincing reproduction of a traditional model, it has a front scoop and heavy-duty tyres. The other vehicle in the set is a bright yellow ride-on mower, which the farmhands can be seated on.

Finally, there’s a cow shed for the two black-and-white cows, which boast ingenious little removable horns, and heads that can be moved up and down! No farm set would be complete without a few animals, and this set doesn’t fail to deliver, with a cat, a dog, and a mouse included.
