LEGO City 7633 Construction Site

Get the job done with the LEGO City Construction Site, set No. 7633. It’s crammed with vehicles and accessories which all add up to create a realistic representation of a busy construction site.

This 898-piece set comes with 3 vehicles, the first of which is a bright yellow crane, which measures a pretty impressive 43cm x 33cm, and has to be the star of the set. The outstanding feature of this detailed crane is the telescopic boom with winch attachment, which gives scope for a whole host of role-playing scenarios. Lift the blocks, rotate the crane to position them, and simply slide them into place.

Thanks to the crane’s support rod, even the heavier accessories can be moved around with no problems. It takes more than a crane to complete a job, so the thoughtful designers have included another 2 vehicles. A small yellow digger and a long green tow-truck with a transport bed which can carry the lift, digger, or the roof.

A construction site wouldn’t be complete without a structure for the workers to get started on. The guys are busy building a 3-storey shop made up of 5 parts, complete with sign, doors and windows. To allow the workers to access the upper levels, there’s a working construction lift, which is a nice touch. Five worker minifigures are also included, each with unique facial expressions, traditional hard hats and slightly different clothes.
